Where We Are And What's Next

So a quick update on where we stand. On January 2nd this year we received our Federal Brewers Permit. That was a huge hurdle and long wait but well worth the effort.

Next comes the State of Texas permit process which we plan to be done with by April. Then a few things with the city. By April we plan to fully open and selling our beer! The taproom will be open for sure as well as some distribution to a couple of local places.

Our taproom is almost complete! We are waiting on just a couple of things to arrive and it will be done. Looks good so far!

We ordered in some new fermenters that will allow us to ramp up production to get us going. We have also upgraded a brew kettle to help with production as well. Our first order of kegs came in today and we cannot wait to get those bad boys filled and out!

On February 12 we will be at the Cat-Man-Du Digital Marketing seminar handing out some of our tasty Coffee Porter. Then on February 20th we will be at the Don Harrington Discovery Center Beerology Event talking about the process of making beer.

It's a busy month for us! We are very close and cannot wait to see what the future holds! Here's to great local beer and great people!
